WWWH is the beginning of the ice age. If one finds the right era in the Rockies. When the ice was maybe little (quarter) and were formed by the landscapes. Geography study will have the first clue. FF says Begin it. It is a logical solve.
If you don't have WWWH nailed down the other clues make no sense. Thing logical.
the poem is built on structure. I will post the pic.
