In the recent blog by Cynthia, She mentions how 'Forrest' slipped and told a reporter the location of Chest? Probable? Cynthia posts a reply from Forrest saying in no way did he reveal information..... what do you think? Would he? Cynthia's article here: Level playing field

For myself, I think the reporter most likely misunderstood some fun Forrest was having with him.. From my experiences in chatting and meeting personally with Forrest, he likes to do that....lol....

And what about the smelling of 'pinyon nuts'? I'm not saying he slipped on the hiding spot I'm just saying he might have slipped on the state he hid it in.

That thought has crossed my mind..... seems like many are 'moving' to around the YS area on things Forrest has said lately.... but not so much by things they feel the poem has led them to....

And what about the smelling of 'pinyon nuts'? Don't forget sagebrush too. Pinyon nuts and sagebrush together at 7,000 ft.

But if anyone lives at lower elevations and seeks above 5,000 ft be careful! Make sure you read up on hypoxia. FF poem warns us I believe that "tarry scant" no place for the "meek". Altitude sickness. Don't mingle long and start descending down slowly. The highest elevation I have been at is 9,500 ft. in the White Mountains (Big Lake) camping. It took me three days to acclimate before I could take the boat out to fish.
