The question and answer will not fit in the poll question box so I placed the question here. What do you all think this quote means?
Note that this Q & A is from three years ago and before his new book.
Question: Do you intend to keep releasing occasional small hints for as long as you live? Have you made any plans for clues to continue surfacing after your death?
Answer: FF: No sir

There are two questions there...... and only one answer. His 'no sir' might have been referring to only the last one, leaving the first question unanswered.

I feel he continues to offer little 'hints' and will do so until he dies..... every time he talks it's a hint to how he thinks or phrases items, which might turn helpful for a better understanding of the poem's clues.

Fenn hands out hints like candy, but most don’t understand the purpose (IMO), which is to help you understand HOW to solve a clue; he also drops tons of hints to the surrounding area of the treasure within that “how-to” hint package.

My thoughts are the same as all of the above comments and there are two questions with one answer. It appears as another vague statement that Forrest is famous for.
It's always good to hear other opinions because this began to bother me.

I think he has simply released the same hints - those darned numbers - over and over and over and over again....so, he's put hints in the book, the scrapbooks, the QA, etc... - but just the same hints over and over again. So, I think there haven't really ever been any new hints (not counting 5000-10,200 ft, etc...) - but just him repeating the same ones repeatedly. No new hints.

I don't think Forrest has plans at all. He just does as he wills. So the answer to both questions is "no sir".
