OH! has done some fantastic work. Here's how I see it.
It's like a LIGHTHOUSE!
For a long time I've thought that Forrest Fenn adds hints based on what people find that's accurate.
The recent "Road Trip" type posts from FF is one of them, based on what OH! has discovered.
It's guiding us towards the general location.
22! We know that's an important number. There's 22 beads on the "Row Bracelet".
That name FF has given it, "Row", think about that in relation to this.
And as OH! has pointed out, you take 22nd Avenue to get to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
Here's the thing.
If you follow 22nd Ave., past the chopped out areas of parks and whatnot, it turns into 22nd Street. And that takes you over to the same highway FF and family took in their trip that leads up to Casper and beyond.
But what's at the intersection of 22nd St. and the highway? The
BALLPARK!
And that's what I think FF has done here. Ballpark it. And OH!'s discoveries seem like a lighthouse of sorts.
Mt. Sniffel seems to me to indicate something by it's name. That this is the wrong location for the treasure, but still a guide towards it. Otherwise these hints (including the story of the long ride home with Skippy) wouldn't be there in the first place.
There's just too many hints in all this to ignore it.
