I would like to share my solve. In my opinion. That is where TC is placed. Begin “It”, the chase where warm waters halt. Which would be San Antonio Campgrounds. As stated in above assumption. And Take it in the canyon down, which would be Water Canyon. Not far, but “too” far to walk. Which I would assume could be 200ft, give or take. Put in below the home of Brown. R.. Brown R….. From there it is no place for the meek. If you dont like the woods or little critters. The end is ever drawing nigh…or near. There will be no paddle up your creek. May refer to the size of the creek, can’t paddle up that creek in ankle deep waters. Just heavy loads, water high. May refer to rocks being placed around TC and/or the electrical lines that cross the area. Water high may represent flat ground or old creek bed. If youve been wise and found the blaze, which maybe the BLM “trailblaze”. Look quickly down, your quest to cease. Thats where I am stuck…still processing that part. Your effort will be worth the cold…may refer to the part of New Mexico where it gets snow and ice. If you are brave and in the wood…which is where the poem brings you. Title is given to the person who found it by the person who “lost” or placed it there. Thx for opening up the mind to alternative thinking. Good luck treasure hunters, I hope any hypothesis that I have come to believe maybe a help to anyone who is willing to partake in the Thrill of the Chase. Truely inspiring this has been for myself and others from what I have read. Good day everyone
