How can this be what are we missing what are we not understanding were wwwh is and what it looks like what ever it is it's coming to a halt. It just could be a board that you are standing on crossing a creek this is a wwh standing above the waters

I studied oceanography and while not directly relevelent, Saltwater and freshwater halt. Abstractly, and somewhat differently, warm waters halt. This part is less simple.
