Gudynuf: kind of a non-hint, really. 8.25 miles north of Santa Fe is about 680 miles from that museum, and so is the furthest northwest corner of Montana.

Yes, sorry for the wet blanket. But it is kind of funny in the same vein as the more than 300 miles west of Toledo "hint".

I felt there were a few hints in there. Repeat of roll over the log and at least one other that I picked out.

Heidini: agree--could very well be other subterfuge going on. Just not the distance remark. He mentions log rolling a lot.
