First, I apologize for starting a new thread since this is being discussed in another. But I want to draw attention to myself because I'm looking for BOTG help. Look up the word "deliberate", and you will not find "intentional" in the list of synonyms. The reason Forrest chose this word is because to deliberate infers that you have all the information together in order to deliberate said information, and the hints in the book(s) are not together. You have to find them and connect them before you can deliberate them. If they were "deliberately placed", they'd be all together in order to consider them as a whole. We first need to put them together. I have not found any hint that alone gives you enough to solve any one clue. In my opinion, of course. That’s good thinking. I was looking at it this way. Not deliberately placed to aid the searcher. But deliberately placed to aid the solver.

Tim: my take as well. Pretty useless to the "searcher" of clue solutions; another matter for a solver of clues.
