The last small area is pin-pointed within this Q/A. I wasn't sure which area I needed to be at. This solve I abandoned 3 years ago due to lack of confirmation, before I ever read the book. Square roots, not knots, was the key but like all great Treasure Hunts, the answer was in the beginning of the Hunt. This was no different. Right in front of our nose laid the answer. The ax pic was because a clearing was created. I have a giant rainbow, which wasn't there 3 years ago. Two years ago there was a giant peace sign a little further from the spot, which is now gone. Go in peace or peace go... No paddle up yr creek, is oar up something else. Kelly's eyes show a wagon wheel and a portal with bell. I wasn't sure which eye I should focus on. Gold Bug has a big hint. Jupiter comes down from tree after dropping the bug from the eye of a skull. From there LaGrand runs a "shot"(bullet) from a stake(ju take the kest) by tree to another stake then amother one. They dig 5' down and don't find it. He is perplexed, then it dawn's on him ....Drum beat please...What does he ask Jupiter? I drop the mic. I had her spotted 3 years ago. I leave in morning.

Thank you, Jenny. It seems that my historic rabbit hole adventures are becoming a bit more simple and less complicated.
Buffalo Bill Cody's essence appears to have forever captured the heart of a small child and his family that began well over 80 years ago. It stands to reason, IMO, that paths towards this special end would lead to a bounty of treasures realized and possibly a chest discovered.
Hearts hold dear and revere those special places and experiences that are most sacred.

Harts are deer. A chase can hold deer, I like clubs.

Horseshoe Station is one place that looms large in the legend of the 'Pony Express' rider Buffalo Bill Cody as well as what would later become known as the great State of Wyoming. Knowing of the family Fenns fascination and long history involving the great Buffalo Bill Cody, I've often wondered if part of the Pony Express Trail that he brazened ever captured the wanderlust imaginations of a young Forrest, Skippy and/or other buddy or two.
The following link provides, IMO, great reading if not some useful information:

Buffalo Bill Cody:
"While I'm a rover, traveled over lots of country, Cody, Wyoming is my home and shall always be my home as long as I live. When I'm gone from this world my spirit shall still be with you here in Cody, in the County of my choice.
* Yet, that is not where his body lies today.

The following interview with Forrest Fenn, (#125), recorded in Cody, WY October 17, 2006. It is the best, IMHO:

Seen some Buffalo Bill questions over at ' Hint' recently - I had asked that BB question of Forrest, and Jenny forwarded it to him. He answered.
