The only hospital I know that is on the water is in Alexandria Bay, and the closest outside cafe to the hospital is Captain Visger House.

Thanks for sharing that info. It might help others from looking in less likely locations.... These are difficult enough to find when it doesn't seem 'exact' spots are given- just 'rough' whereabouts...
