For several reasons:
There are subtle elevation changes including unique area/ hole features that appear to 'connect' dots.
Look at that exquisite image;...... breathtaking.
Not the only one of its type. Other locations include Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.
The "Ski Santa Fe" location, however..... has to be way up there!
Your thoughts?
