Reverse the "I" with the "H".  Since the defintion said "I" = 9th and the proceeding "H" = 8th, myself took this to mean 89.  Route 89 WWWH boiling river.  Searcher's have been that the WWWH starting point boiling river.

But there only one problem with boiling river there's not a thousand boiling rivers like that I don't think.

There less then 500 rivers in the 4 stats.
You wwwh isn't a river there not a thousand of them.
