The only sum that appeared on tarryscant.com. Quite a few results regarding the summer, but "You can't sum it up better than that. There's a thrill in doing it."

Did FF really say this quote? "More than the sum of its parts." If he did can someone help me find that quote please. I don't have any recollection of him saying it. But, that doesn't mean he didn't. I don't know. However, there was a searcher at hoD who used those words, claiming (without proof) that this is what Forrest meant by seeing the big picture. So, it carries no weight other than in that searcher's comment, as far as I can tell. It was simply his opinion. I could be wrong, and Forrest may have actually used those words but, I don't recall him doing so. dalneitzel.com/tag/jack/first paragraph.
