My comment about WWWH and a water heater' appears to have been shuffled a bit?? It might also help to find where a former FF P O Box was located ?
In any event, a 'water heater' and cold cement floor may well be WWWH; thus IMO, quite worthy of further conversation.

The beginning of the quote began with "To my 'knoyledge' that's the only P O Box I have now. The other one I had halted when hot water poured out of my water heater onto the cold cement floor."

Hot water isn't going to remain hot/warm if it hits cold cement. It could be the floor in a basement, restaurant, factory or garage ETC.

Simple 'answer' to WWWH might 'halt' could be a place where he once had a PO Box.... "when hot water poured out of my water heater onto the cold cement floor."
*A comment made in June of 2014*
Could this location have been at a bronze foundry? ( IMO.... yes.)
.
I found an article that contained one of FF Bronze Foundry address. But this location was on Brownfield Hwy. lubbock-avalanche-journal-sep-23-1971-p-78

Much appreciated, drpepperwood and fallingrock. The following will provide additional reference with the possible help of a magnifying glass:

Again: WWWH ?

A Mysterious Writings feature, 'Six Questions' over at Jenny's on February, 4, 2018 titled "Double Charmed" is a must read and a favorite of mine. Following is an excerpt:
"After my Father died the property was sold, and burnt down again. I like to look at the old place on Google Earth. All that remains now are the cement front porch, the garage and a few pecan trees."
Garage Cement front porch A 'few' pecan trees.
Leaving FF's beloved Texas out of the big picture IMO, would be equal to failing to recognize the historical significance of the True West.

The Big Picture? Probably should talk to the Director about that if he isn't too busy pecking around on his laptop.

I don't understand "riches new and old", so your idea is a possibility as far as I am concerned.
Postmarks -> stop marks -> arret indices -> arrest indice -> arret clue -> halt clue?
