Beyonders (a comic book with an embedded treasure hunt)

Hi, I registered because I wanted to bring this to people's attention. I began reading Beyonders, a comic book series about a mystery and a global conspiracy to uncover it. The comic book itself is good in my opinion, but more importantly it contains a legitimate treasure hunt with a prize for the people who solve it. The author describes the hunt quite well on the last page of the first issue, which I will share with people here, along with the first page of several available as a preview on the comic's page on Comixology.com. I'm not that good with treasure hunts myself, so I would appreciate it if some of you guys checked it out, and shared any hints that you may come up with to help solve this one. Thanks!

So I've read all the comics so far, and this is an awesome story and great artwork! I'm starting on the code, and was curious if anyone else is working on this.

Is the author releasing hints as well? I'm having trouble finding any updates or communication regarding the hunt. Any insight is appreciated!

No hints have been released that I'm aware of, it's been very hush hush so far. Hopefully something or someone might come to the aid soon.

Is there only the first issue so far? I will have to look more into this.... and maybe ask if the author is interested in a Six Questions..

There are four issues out, and the fifth comes out at the end of this month!
