Stanza 1 has two meanings that you can use for the end.
First meaning Forrest had to leave his has in his car.

Forrest can keep a secret where this is where Forrest parked his car.
And hint of riches New and old
Could be the location,for many to get within 500ft you have a end.
Second meaning.
Forrest has the gold in his hand and he goes down in the canyon bold.
The secret where is where he hid the TC down in the canyon .
And hint of riches New and old is the treasures you have a end.
Forrest said there something in the TC that he did want to talk about.
Could this be the New pieces in the TC.

What if we were to think WWWH is a date relative to the 4 seasons of the year. MY current rabbit hole is using WWWH as a geographical coordinate of the setting sun, the earths tilt or position of a star in one of the constellations. Combining all these together gives us the latitude and longitude of where to start. I'm still working on exactly which star but have my focus on one in particular, Sirius. I'm thinking the other 3 lines of the stanza points you in a specific direction for your next move. Continuing my thinking, stanza three does basically the same as stanza two using something different as the references for coordinates. The focus of this rabbit hole is Matthew 24:32-33. I came to this by the words drawing nigh. One of the hundreds of synonyms for drawing is "break apart". So I did. I broke N.I.G.H. apart and Matthew 24:32-33 was one of the first matches on google. Of course, these are my rabbit holes and only IN MY OPINION. All input for or against would be appreciated.

Stanza 2 Imo your headed in the same duratIon down in the canyon walking.
Stanza 3 is where you change duration.
Your up your creek.
If you look at duration in the poem you have
.S.W.N.
E. to begin it from the east.
S. to put in below south of the hob.
W.the end is ever lasting nigh.
N.your up you creek with out a paddle.
The poem only gives you direction in S.W.N.
There east left this is the duratIon you start from.Imo.
