Wind might blow a tree down? That's my thought too.... wind could blow debris around or knock down trees, making it more difficult to access the Chest....

You know what if the TC is buried 6 inches the TC chest lid would be the only thing showing leave would cover the tc if the wind is blowing Maybe there was a few dead trees where the TC sits and Forrest New they, could fall right in the path of the tc. Could this be why Forrest says turn over a log.

But I was only following up with yours and admin comment on wind. But is it buried or hide it's both part of the TC buried and part of it is exposed = buried and hid at the same time so Forrest could be telling us with the that quote you have to use both of them together to understand how it is placed Like I have mention before and there has been others that though of the 6 inch digging rule in NFS.

The Billings, MT Gazette has reported that a $15.000 'Latrine' is built on the Madison River at Ennis. HOB at its best?

Forrest rainbow could just be the forest but with no other meaning. Is this the home of Brown a place to gather in the mountains. Or is it the State of New Mexico.
