I've heard Forrest mention you've got to look at the "Big Picture" when discussing the Poem but, what exactly is the "Big Picture"?

I was thinking more along the lines of the Big (Biggest) Picture in TTOTC, maybe the photo of the 1936 classes of Lanier School, on pages 18 & 19, although I haven't seen anything all that strange about it.. I've stared at photos in that book for hours trying find things, and one photo does stand out.. Has anyone ever noticed something strange in that photo of young Forrest on the front cover of the book, the one where he's showing off the fish he caught that day... In the top left hand corner, to me there looks to be a very small picture of someone, that appears to be photo shopped, just to the left of that rock..

You can stare at pictures, find numbers and connections all day long; but you won't find a better solution than this!! en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_to_me

Leonardo: there is also the double-page picture of all the fishing spots (note the exclusion of Skippy from any of those pictures -- Skippy skipped?). I would think any searcher who favors Colorado is probably at least a little bothered by Forrest's "Big Picture" comment. I also think such CO Fenners have never seen Citizen Kane.

The Detroit Industry Murals are a series of frescoes by the Mexican artist Diego Rivera, consisting of twenty-seven panels depicting industry at the Ford Motor Company. Together they surround the Rivera Court in the Detroit Institute of Arts.
The two main panels on the North and South walls depict laborers working at Ford Motor Company's River Rouge Plant.
River Rouge - Red River - Colorado
Red River, Taos County NM also.
Miss Ford?

You could be on to something here, but funny you brought up "Miss Ford"... I always though this was Forrest's clever little way of saying he got terrible grades in school.. Miss F or D.. get it?..
