DVR alert for TONIGHT, Wednesday, October 2nd:

a new episode of "Expedition Unknown" on the Discovery Channel -- plus, another chance to watch the original episode!

Josh Gates is on a nation-wide treasure hunt to solve a mystery no one has cracked for 40 years: The Secret. Josh travels coast-to-coast and back in time using cutting-edge augmented reality and tapping into a network of obsessed Secret detectives.

in "Cracking The Secret" they take their second look at the hunt; the original episode from last year will air in the timeslot two hours ahead of the new ep. (For east/west coasts, this will be 7:00pm & 9:00pm)

Another chance to catch all the fun and frustration of watching people not find a casque. TONIGHT (Saturday, October 12) the Discovery Channel is airing "A Secret Revealed" which is really just the two previously-aired hours about our hunt repackaged in their enhanced "Expedition Unknown: Rediscovered" entry.

TONIGHT (Saturday, November 9th) the Discovery Channel is airing a 3-hour block entitled "Beyond The Secret" which is really just the three previously-aired hours about the hunt, including the most recent find in Boston.
