Definitely need to have read the book, the text of the story itself, for this one. I guess we won't be getting ciphers after all. I still have the final quarter of the book to read...

taking the chapter numbers which correspond to the riddle lines could resolve down to a five-digit number, which in turn could then be interpreted as a zipcode (or anything else at this point, really, too early to be sure)
[adding] BUT... it doesn't say 5 digits, nor does it say to find a single number. It says, "Five numbers needed to solve this one, and math" which might mean a lot of different steps.
