Verse 2 'Six-Ace, oh' - could be a reference to area code 610. Covers southeastern Pennsylvania, including Allentown, Bethlehem and Reading.

Verse 1 - Okay, let's assume we're in the right place, Cornwall, NY. "Taking a stroll, through all these trees" - If we start at the top (north end) there are a bunch of trees. "This area here can shed some light" - This could be Riverlight Park. From here I'm pretty much forcing things to match, so hopefully someone else can share their ideas and we can tackle it as a team.
Verse 2 - "Coordinate, with song one verse two" - If we're in the right spot then we should be able to "Allow yourself to fall right into the story" and use street view to take us to the finish line. Sadly, I got nothing at this point.

I've got BOTG right now - not my actual boots, I'm navigating/directing remotely. My heart is pounding, my hands are shaking and I feel a bit nauseous. Wish me luck!

I convinced my friend to drive back to my solve location and try one more time, once I figured out where we'd gone astray. The big news...is that today, we found the Golden CD! I'm going to hold off posting more about it until I discuss it with Born Talent, but the CD was intact and the code has been sent.
