INTRODUCTION:
This is a new series of hunts that are designed to take a relatively short time as compared to most hunts out there. A new hunt will be released each month and it is definitely not expected for a hunt to take more than a month to solve.
The difficultly level might vary, but they will not be extremely hard, or contain convoluted puzzles within puzzles, but hopefully still challenging and enjoyable.
Anyone with a good general knowledge, basic logic skills, ability to solve anagrams and simple or well known ciphers should be able to complete every monthly puzzle.
All hunts should be solvable by most taking part, but if you wish to cooperate on a solve that is perfectly acceptable but PLEASE DO NOT POST COMPLETE SOLVES, post hints or ideas by all means.
This is for enjoyment of solving a puzzle in a relatively short period of time, and posting solves spoils the enjoyment for others.

THE RULES
No hunt will require visiting locations or phone calls, but might require some research on the internet and access to google maps or a similar map application. No software downloads will ever be required.
Each hunt should take no more than 2 weeks, but they will end for definite after 1 month.
You have two weeks to submit your solution by private message to myself ( efanton )
If after two weeks there has not been a correct solution submitted, A further clue will be released
If after 3 weeks no solution has been submitted, up to 7 daily hints will be provided until a correct solution is submitted. The intention is that a new hunt will start at the beginning of every month.
A points system will be used. A correct solution gets 10 points, and a point awarded for each clue solved.
That should encourage complete solves rather than educated guesses, so please bear this in mind when submitting answers, if you just submit the answer only you will only receive 10 points.
At the end of two weeks a score table will be posted unless a correct solution has not been submitted.
If no correct solution is submitted after two weeks a further clue will be released. A score table will be posted after 3 weeks if a correct solution has been submitted.
In the very unlike event (miraculous even) a correct solution has not been provided by the end of the third week a clue will be released daily. A score table will be released on the first successful answer after a daily hint has been provided.
A complete solve of all clues will also be posted with each score table.
There is no prize except the enjoyment and the challenge of solving, as per title of the series they are 'Just for Kicks'
Please Note: The first hunt might be on the easier side, so please forgive me if it is too easy. I want to ensure that these puzzle are set at a reasonable level and solvable within a fixed time frame and it might take a few hunts to get the balance of difficulty set correctly. I suspect this first one will be solved within a week, but have deliberately kept it on the easier side.
Do not worry, I have a stack of hunts created of varying difficulty so hopefully subsequent hunts will be set at the appropriate difficulty for the time period allowed.
