2Q) Many incredible, loving, adventurous, and fun stories are being lived and shared because of The Thrill of the Chase. Even though these hopes were in your mind when writing the book and poem, what are you finding most rewarding about them? One man said he and his brother dug for buried treasures when they were kids in North Carolina but had not spoken in 25 years. He said he read my book and called his brother. Now they are reunited and searching for my treasure. Children have the greatest imagination because their thoughts run free.mysteriouswritings.com/six-questions-more-with-forrest-fenn/

I would add that while kids don't know Clark Gable, they know other facts they have not forgot yet.

Kids from Penasco might have an advantage? mysteriouswritings.com/six-questions-with-forrest-fenn-and-the-thrill-of-the-chase-treasure-hunt/4Q) I’ve heard our adorable Little Girl from India decided to start writing a Little Kid from Peñasco. They are fully enjoying and excitedly exploring areas they feel your treasure poem could lead to. They’ve researched via maps, history books, and the internet. However, since she has been told she can’t get closer than two clues to the treasure, she’s planning a trip to not only personally meet the Little Kid from Peñasco, but to search the Rockies for your treasure. How do you imagine their search will go? Can she now find the treasure? Some of those kids from Peñasco are very bright. The treasure will be found by someone who followed the clues to the location. To me, that is the only plausible recipe.

Kids play card games like Pokemon and Yugioh. Lately I've been trying to read the poem in that context - as if certain phrases were collector cards:
As I have the "gone alone in there" and "with my treasures bold" cards, I can keep my "secret where" and "hint of riches new and old" cards.

I got stuck in a warm waters(bathtub) pondering "I" and "alone", and the subsequent definition of these words and how it might pertain to direction/or location. Not sure if I can make a deck as occasionally convinced I'm well short of a full deck.

All, Children may have an advantage because their minds are not yet filled with the biases that life experiences unfortunately occupy. Seannm And isn’t this what Forrest just said in the recent clip of why he said to show the poem to a kid. Seannm

And although 'free' not too far 'out of the box'... balance... From the following Thread: mysteriouswritings.proboards.com/thread/4402/new-clip-give-poem-childQ) Why did you say give the poem to a child? A) A child has a fresh mind. A lot of people overcook the poem. I mean they are looking so far in the future, they are overlooking something that is right in front of them and I believe that’s true. I’ve said get out of the box in your thinking, and then six months later I’ve said get back in the box (Forrest laughs).
