Here is a complete solve for Hunt Number 2.

Stanza 1

In this fair city
Dublin is sometimes known as the 'Fair City'
you must find the girl so pretty
that Wheeled her wheelbarrow
Through streets broad and narrow.
This is a reference to the well known old Irish song 'Molly Malone'
You are told to 'find her'  and searching google maps for 'Molly Malone', a statue of her can be found outside St Andrews Church on Suffolk Street, Dublin

Stanza 2

Behind her,
arches you will see,
the number is important,
you will soon see
If you view the statue in google maps street view, you will see St Andrews church in the background with four large arches



Stanza 3

"emperor, autocrat, dictator"
This clue was pointing you to CAESAR.  The roman emperors  after Augustus were in fact all three of the above.

no not this man, he was for liberty
A hint that you are looking for a man that was a freedom fighter or rebel.
but here-in lies the clue
that will let you clearly see
back to the CAESAR reference this tells you decode the message using CAESAR CIPHER

Stanza 4

Using a Caesar Cipher with a shift of 4 you get
fifty three, fifteen, fifty seven,
six, thirty nine, fifty four,
Jibberish I hear you cry
Yet in this jibberish the solution lies
'the solution lies' could indicate a location
given we have two strings containing three numbers we could easily convert them to a geographical coordinate to get
53° 15' 57" N
6° 39' 54" W
If we enter those coordinates in to google maps we arrive at Bodenstown Cemetery

The solution 'Lies' in this cemetery inferring a man buried here is the solution to the hunt
Google maps actually show an image of the man you are looking for.  If you looked at the photo's most of them are of Wolfe Tones grave or his bust on a wall.

Wolfe Tone urged co-operation between the religions in Ireland as the only means of obtaining redress of Irish grievances and ultimately Irish independence from Britain.

I promise,  I will try to make these hunts as logical as possible, without those on the hunt having to make wild assumptions or vague associations.
That is one of my pet hates with many of these online hunts.  You get the solution and then you ask 'how the hell was I supposed to make that jump?'
I promise not to do that to you, but yes this month's hunt  as promised was slightly more difficult.

I hope that  conversion of numbers to a map coordinate was not too difficult or too much of a jump. I deliberate put them on two separate lines to make it easier.

These hunts are for fun, should be hard enough to make the grey matter heat up a bit, but not be so difficult that they cant not be solved within a week or two.  
If you do think the clues are too hard, or you would like to make other comment about the solutions so that I can take that into account for future hunts, please feel free to comment.
There is no point me setting hunts if you the participants do not enjoy them or I have  the difficultly levels wrong

Next months hunt is almost complete, (well it is complete, but I am tinkering with it),  trying to keep it at a similar difficulty level while at the same time adding something new.

As your title implies, these are "Just for Kicks". I'm having fun with these.

Even though I came up with something different than intended, I like your solution and wonder why I didn't see it that way. It makes so much more sense. Once you get an idea in your head, it is often a challenge to see things from another angle.
