Sorry but don't have link. I saw it being discussed on Thor and copied it.
What I did way back when Stephanie got this was follow Forrest's directions, not following math protocol. If that's what he intended then it looks like this...
A=21+4x4-50x6 Then divide by A(itself) which gives you the answer of 1
so... 1+2x61-3x44+80x61+43+12546/19-263466787
If you just go from left to right without any order of mathematical operations...this ends up giving you... -263,440,440.2105263.
I eliminated everything beyond the decimal giving you -263,440,440 .
Pay close attention in the equation to the final underlined number that was subtracted. I believe all of the operations beforehand were just "FLUFF" and he used the last number subtraction to give him the intended answer he needed. Notice it is 9 digits. You would ask you self... but phone numbers are 10 digits so this doesn't work? Well it works, if you consider the the NEGATIVE SYMBOL as a VARIABLE NUMERAL much like X, Y, or Z. That then makes the phone number:
(-26)-344-0440. Now, if you remember...Forrest told her there was only a 33% chance of being right? Well I believe he said that because if you go through the AREA CODE LIST available...
www.bennetyee.org/ucsd-pages/area.html
There are only 3 area codes in U.S. and Canada that end in 26. They are...
(226)- Windsor Canada
(626)- Altadena California
(726)-San Antonio Texas
So if you look at that, there is your 1 in 3 chance of being right.
The numbers are ....
(226)-344-0440 Daniel Fanelli (did not find further info)
(626)-344-0440 Lucas Janin Altadena California, Cinemagraphic designer, video editor
(726)-344-0440 San Antonio TX, Unknown- Verizon could not complete the call.
As I said this is just a possibility, and perhaps this was legit and the San Antonio number was a hint line if anyone figured it out. Possibly Forrest has now taken that number down. San Antonio is only 2 hours from where he was born and grew up.
I read 19less263466787 as (263466787-19) which = 263466768 - so to me this is the number you would be dividing by if that makes sense?
