This Quote I thought was interesting..... because Forrest mentions NOT getting the third and fourth--- and it seems like these are what will get you closer than 200 feet.....
There have been a few people within 500 hundred feet. I think there have been people within a couple hundred feet. They figure the first two clues, but they don’t get the third and the fourth and they go right past the treasure chest.

That quote is interesting, but this compilation prompts me to note that the "maybe four" clue solvers didn't seem to break the 200 foot barrier either, because f sticks with 200 feet before and after the four clue solvers seemed to pop up. Either clues 3 and 4 take you away from the chest, or the two and four clue solvers are not the 200 footers. While this particular quote makes it particularly difficult to argue, I contend the 200 footers have no relation to the two or four clue solvers.

Jenny, thank you for the comment consolidation. What gets me with this group is many of them read "right past" even if it's 200, 500, or 2 clues to 4 clues. So? what does he mean by right past? Did they make a right and passed up the treasure chest? I honestly don't think that you can walk right past it, as being on your right or left. Forrest has stated that it is not at the top of a mountain but might be close to the top. If people have listened to this, most will not go up to the top, so how do you go right past the chest and not go to the top of the mountain, where there is obviously no human trail. Maybe "right past the chest" is only 50 feet or so? In most canyons where creeks are, you can only reach the bluffs that the creek comes off of and not the mountain top. Maybe thinking a dead end is wrong?
Obviously there has to be some type of marker at the 200 foot mark. This is the only way a searcher could describe where they have been since there isn't a human trail.

I'll explain since I'm bored, and my knees hurt. BIWWWH: 1st clue/spot TIITCD: 2nd clue/spot NFBTFTW: 3rd clue/spot PIBTHOB: 4th clue/spot The first two clues/spots are clear cut identifiable spots on the map by my solve. Then the THIRD clue is a distance clue. It requires a person to take that 2ND CLUE/DIRECTION to a certain point and then " PUT IN" at the 4th CLUE/LOCATIONWhen Forrest says they don't figure out the third and the fourth and go right past the treasure... By my solve, if you don't stop at a certain distance you will continue down the canyon, and go right past the treasure chest (directionaly speaking). Oh and the knee comment... did 7.2 miles speed walking yesterday at a 3.6 mph rate, and jogged the last quarter mile. So they are lil sore this morning. At 265 lbs that's pretty good pace And no...there were no number hints in that little tidbit of my life.

So there are there are 9 clues and you have almost half in the second stanza. I think pibthob is a hint, nfbtftw is a hint, etc. I feel they are only “clues” if it is a fixed geographical location.

The culprit was an inch long piece of cartilage that had broken loose from a torn meniscus and fallen into the ligaments and tendons of my patellar tendon area. It then began to FUSE and attach to them causing all the pain. The funny thing is.... I told EVERY DAMN DOCTOR that I saw... EXACTLY what I thought it was and where I thought the cartilage was. None of them believed me, and just implied Well that certainly could be a possibility. After the surgery when I woke up, the doctor came in and said, Mr. Carter I wanna show you something. He then pulled out his phone and showed me a picture of the cartilage he pulled out of my knee. He then said the one thing that made me know that I'm a pretty intuitive person. He said, And so you know... you were exactly correct where the cartilage was. As soon as I cut into your knee I went there first with the camera and there it was. The moral of that Aesop's fable? That any person may sound crazy to groups of people, but there are a few who aren't. Those few are actually flirting with genius. I am a genius? Nah...I just knew where the pain in my knee was
