Thanks for sharing that article and link, Theoretical.... I remember reading it quite awhile ago, but I didn't have it in the Pre-Hunt Articles Thread.... I'll add it now.... And yes, it's beautifully written.....and shows his passion for wanting to share the past... It is a time capsule containing things new and old and the autobiography is the book that will be read when found.

I recently chatted with Forrest about how he felt towards it being found. He continues to say it is out of his hands, and that anytime the Chest 'could' be found. I'm sure he'll be happy for the finder, if it is found, but I caught the feeling he wouldn't mind if the Chase would last well past his years ........
