Forrest's chest - golden/brassy color
Chest in background - dark raw umbery oxidised bronze patina
To my eye the patina of the chest in the vault and in the above close up photo of Forrest's chest seem completely different. One is brassy looking and one is the more like the normal color of aged bronze.
I am no expert in such matters. Can someone explain this?
Also came across this image of the chest which I had not seen before. Is this ff's chest?
The wear on the latch in this photo seems very like the wear on the latch of the DIA chest . In fact the two photos seem identical but one stretched .(see below)
Actually looks like a photo-shopped image using photo of DIA's casket. Have to be really careful looking at photos these days I guess!
