Question- If Eric Sloane were alive today, would you have told him where the location of the treasure is?
Forrest answer: I wouldn’t tell my mother and that means I wouldn’t tell anybody else...Nobody…there’s nothing in my computer, it’s never been written down. The only place is right here in my head...And I’m going take that to my grave. I would never tell anybody where that treasure chest is.

He doesn't need to tell anyone, everything is already in place and does not need anyone involved when it's found. And he hasn't told anyone, and I'm confident he will not and that he will take the secret to his grave.

What if he meant that he was going to be taking his head to his grave. Does anyone know the date that this question was asked(recorded)? I wonder if he would tell me where I might find a different treasure chest. My main take away from this is that Forrest does not put anyone above his own Mother, not even his Eric.

18:21 is where they play the clip. Is that 23 bottles of wine? Ha! There's 2 on the top next to him and 3 on the other end of the same shelf. Recorded on 11-4. There is "info"(411) to be had in the entirety of the video*, but who knows how much that would cost you these days.

Yes he did.... makes you wonder if they are related..... like is the Omega Symbol the Blaze, or what it represents has to do with the 'story' of the Treasure... or whatever...

The Q/A doesn't discount Eric as possibly knowing the location... and being one of the 'omegas'...

I've considered a few of his closest friends as possibly being the person that gave him the idea for hiding the treasure. I've even thought maybe it was an inside joke between him and a buddy that passed prior to the release of the book which contains the poem. What if, after all he has told us about his travels with his Father, it was his Mother that came up with the (ω)hole thing? I'm starting to believe that his Mother plays a larger role in the hunt for his "treasure" a.k.a. the family jewels.
If only I could locate my formula for the Ruby Attraction Elixer.
