Deadman's Creek.... USAFA cemetery. In the shadow of the carillon bells.

Here's what's funny to me...
My solve determined Stillwater to be "no paddle" because of no waves. My solve determined Owl Lake to be "wise."
So, for my solve to continue standing, something had to be between Stillwater River and Owl Lake that would equate to "water high."
You know what I found connecting Stillwater River and Owl Lake after zooming in on Google Maps?
FLOOD CREEK! How's that for "water high." I had no power over what was there. No confirmation bias at work.

hehe I never thought of that. I guess I am. The fit to Psalm 23 has other links IMO. Forrest father buried in block 23. Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me - the shadow of Forrest with the walking stick.

I think there's something visual that can be seen using Google Earth . . . that relates to Fenn's reason for including the (relatively unusual) word "paddle" in the poem. This visual thing hasn't been mentioned in any earlier postings on this thread.
