WWWH: Hebgen Lake
TFTW: Fenn says how far this is in his book, takes you down the Madison River to near West Fork Campground
HOB: Brown is a reference to Brownies that live under a bridge, in this case the bridge is at the West Fork Campground. Also, his home/canasta comment reinforced that.
No place for the meek: lions are not for the meek. Lion Mountain. This is a little confusing because there's also Lyon's Bridge. I believe a number of people searched Lion Mountain after Fenn gave away any number of clues leading to this general area in the last couple of years desperately trying to get someone to find it. E.g., Fenn removes pine sap from his hands with butter, but doesn't know how to get the butter off (a reference to soap). Hint to go between Gold Butte and Soap Creek
No paddle up your creek: The next creek down from West Fork campground is Standard Creek, which goes all the way up to Lion Mountain. Also, almost umbilicly attached to the spot - follow Standard Creek then the South Fork of Standard Creek, this takes you almost to the spot.
If you've been wise and found the blaze: A wise man would be on Cave Mountain. The blaze is a waterfall cut on Lion Mountain which you can see directly across from Cave Mountain. A little girl from India would certainly be able to figure that out because of the legend of the wise man in the cave.
Look quickly down: From the top of Lion Mountain (the peak that faces Cave Mountain) there is a little spot with a lake and waterfall. Like he said, not at the top of the mountain, but just down from the top of the mountain. And definitely a place where he alone could go in there (best if you can view Google maps in 3D):
