I SOUGHT A PROPER HOMAGE TO FORREST AND HIS CHASE
TO THANK HIM FOR THE THRILL OF IT; FOR TALES OF GRIT AND GRACE
BUT WORDS, THEY SOMEHOW FAILED ME, AND NOTHING SEEMED TO FIT
I FIGURED I MUST TRY, THEREFORE, TO DUPLICATE HIS WIT
ALTHOUGH HIS TREASURE NOW IS FOUND, “THE END” HAS COME AND GONE,
I DEEMED THE ONLY WORTHY PLAN; THE CHASE MUST STILL GO ON!
What this means is, in honor of Forrest Fenn's legendary chase, I will be offering a new treasure hunt starting this summer.
