However, from your description it sounds that we are actually looking for the gold coins and not a proxy item? And are you able to monitor the gold or proxy to know if it has been removed? specific amount and that affects where it could or could not be hidden.

I had messaged Mr. Clue about doing a Six Questions..... and what he has planned is creating a FAQ in the About Section! Awesome! So be on the lookout there.....
I had sent him these Q's...not sure if he will answer them all but it would be great if he did:
Q)Can you share with us what inspired you to create the hunt and can you tell us a bit about ‘you’ as the ‘creator’?
Q) The prize is substantial- 10oz of 24k gold values around $17,000 or so. What does a searcher need to do to claim this prize? Is it fully armchair or does a person need to physically retrieve the gold?
Q) Why do you remain ‘unknown’? As I’m sure you are aware, there are many scams out there. Transparency helps to assure hunters they are working on something valid. How can searchers be sure this isn’t a scam? Do you ever plan to ‘reveal your identity?’
Q) Do you have an end date for when the final clue needed to solve and find the treasure, will be released? Can the treasure be found now with the current clues released?
Q) How would you rate the difficulty of the hunt? Do you expect it to last weeks? Months? Years?

I don't see why he wouldn't answer them all. It would be good if he did. If he doesn't that would make me more suspicious.
