As far as I see the clue, all Mr. Clue's favorite things are irrational numbers. Does this mean: 1. Mr. Clue is irrational and left $17,000 in the woods. 2. We're irrational if we think Mr. Clue left $17,000 in the woods. 3. Something I haven't thought of.

The number that had a terminating decimal is NOT an irrational number.
Maybe he meant for it to be, but the way that it was presented, it was not an irrational number.
So three of the examples were irrational, but one was rational.

The last number is extremely close the the Euler-Mascheroni constant, which is not known to be irrational or not, and has a value that begins 0.5772156649 vs. his .0577218. Perhaps he meant it to be that and made a typo when rounding?
