If someone comes forward with REAL information, will it be used by someone else in a fake lawsuit? By "REAL information", I mean enough that people will see that it's solid, which would have to include the final business that led directly to the Hidey Hole. A complete explanation and evidence as to how the clues are solved. Anything short of that will get blown off. So, do they come forward? Now? Later?
I suspect that we're being too impatient to expect anything too soon, for as hard as it is to wait. Although, I don't know how someone holding such info could determine when the right time is.

Then again, even with a VERY compelling solve, without FF's admission that it's accurate, I'm not sure if it would do any good as far as a defense against lawsuits. And he's not going to do that. All it would do is provide ammunition for a new lawsuit to look strong enough that Forrest might be compelled by the courts to provide answers.

I think that also there was a clue to the ninth - actually in or around the hiding spot. Or INSIDE the chest Which only the finder of the treasure would know. So even if your solve up to clue 8 is correct - where then?
