One WWWH that I considered was alcohol being the warm water (fire water). Where do you go to halt this form of warm water? AA.
This was part of a solve I worked on for a while that involved Alaska. Start at Anchorage Alaska (AA). Do the AA 12 steps (not far but too far too walk). Leaving AA going SE tou come to Portage creek and ghost town (one of the best no paddle up your creek solves IMO).
The Rockies extend into Alaska and many peaks are over 5000 feet.
On a more random note Will Rogers died in a plane crash in Alaska with his pilot, Wiley Post, a famous aviator. Wise and in the wood (Wiley Post)...looking for the "postman"...float plane that failed to fully take off and lost a wing when flipping over...northernmost point in America - borders, out there on the edge...hi ho Silver..."post"marks...
