The Case for Amelia Earhart's Cabin in Wyoming

'Amelia Earhart's initials are A.E. These are the first two letters of the five known vowels and are normally followed by: I.O.U. The following was from an interview with Forrest Fenn I cannot remember where now or the exact date, hopefully someone will, I think. It is interesting relating it to my above connection don't you think? Quote:

“There’s something that I don’t know whether it’s in the treasure chest or not. It was a crazy idea. But, going about the question you asked earlier, ‘Did I want to know if someone had found the treasure chest?’ So I said, ‘Yeah, I do.’ One reason is so people won’t be spending all their money looking for something that isn’t there anymore. So I put an IOU – I wrote out an IOU. ‘Take this IOU to my bank in Santa Fe, and collect $100,000.’ I figured for $100,000, the guy that found the treasure chest would not want to keep it secret anymore. So now the IRS is getting in the act and everybody knows. But if someone finds it 1,000 years from now, my bank won’t be there, and there won’t be any money in the account even if they did, so, I think I took that IOU out. But I don’t remember whether I did or not. It’s in there in spirit.”

Since we know 'Amelia Earhart' is dead, then the words 'in spirit' are apt in this statement. You can see that where the circular cistern was bears the name ADELAIDE and begins and ends with her initials. I got her name from the Zodiac puzzle I have been using it appears when you move the element of Water firstly into AIR going anti clock in the Wheel, and then finally into EARTH where we see the initials of Everard Hinrichs at the beginning and end of it. It gives us AIR ART, Eric Sloane is known for his Cloudscapes from his early years and Amelia bought one from him.

To continue, Birth signs are important as I have discovered that both William Fenn and Eric Sloane are Scorpio and Pisces respectively, they appear in the Water element where Cancer is cardinal, Cancer was the catalyst for the hunt in the first place.

Forrest was born under LEO a Fire sign and ruled by the Sun, Amelia Earhart was also a LEO, so they are kindred spirits you could say, they are and were both Pilots. In the Zodiac the compass points are reversed hence the word WisE in the poem for WEST is EAST. Now lets go to Stanza 4 Line 2 which reads "Look quickly down your quest to cease" which according to the Zodiac compass points suggest it should read "Look quickly up your quest to cease" as down is not South but North, so look up North.

Amelia planned to have a cabin built near Kirwin, Wyoming, and in fact its remnants are still there to this day.

It is interesting that in Wyoming there is a place called 'LEO' so to test out my theory of Rainbow angles of geometry I placed a protractor on the Northwest corner of the state and projected the angle of 42 degrees which revealed it clipped the pinned location of her Cabin remnants, furthermore continuing the angle down to the Southeast showed it to pass through the place called LEO also. From the Southwest corner 66 degrees hits the pin tip also and 66 = 'ff'. From the vertical it is in the angle of 24 degrees, an Omega. These lines form an 'X' on the map centered on Amelias Cabin remnants.

Amelia died aged 41 according to reports. Isn't it strange that if you believe that the RED angle 42 degrees in the Rainbow is HOT and the BLUE 40 degree angle is COLD then doesn't it follow that 41 being in between would be WARM? Does this lend another angle to 'Where warm waters halt' it could possibly relate to death.

I am reminded of Forrest's quote in Six Questions with Jenny 2019 where he said, quote: "I am almost umbilically attached to the spot" relating to birth. It would also answer the question of why the scissors at the site, as they cut the cord at birth with scissors. They may have been opened into and 'X' shape and fixed to a tree to mark the spot to dig, who knows.

All of the above is IMO only you must decide, could this have been the burial spot of the chest. I know what I believe.

An interesting thing to note regarding Amelia Earhart and the chase. There is a picture of Forrest's mother in his book where she is wearing earrings. I always thought it odd that her earrings seemed to have a silhouette of a pin up girl on the earring. This seemed so out of place on his mother. Then it occurred to me what this meant. On the noses of aircraft, especially military aircraft during WWII there were often rather racy pictures of women painted on the noses of the aircraft. These pictures were known as "Nose Art". Well a pinup girl on an earring could be reasonably be called "Ear Art". So Earhart may be a strong clue.

Another interesting tidbit:

So hear me all and listen good.   Has the word Amelia contained in the letters as well as land.  Amelia's cabin site near Kirwin was going to be built on a mining claim property that was registered to her and her husband George Putnam.  So Amelia's Land could be a clue as well.

Your effort will be worth the cold - Amelia's cabin site was on the East Fork Trail that follows Mount Sniffel above Kirwin.  The value(worth) of diamonds is a Kt so the value of the cold(ice/diamond is kt.  So E. for kt ail.  Cold can be a reference to Mount Sniffel, a diamond or the ail(ale) in trail.  E for kt ail  East Fork Trail.

Here's an article about the cabin. When I first read it, it checked the box for being isolated, near Wood River, and near Double Dee Ranch outside Meeteetse (made me think of prayed for D's). They also talk about her flight jacket which made me think of Forrest's SB with pic of the flight jacket he owned and the .22 rifle which of course the number 22 is prominent. Maybe the chest was near DD Ranch?

Yes - I have been all over the Kirwin area and up the river to the Amelia Cabin Site. I also searched all over the DD Ranch. I met one of the children of the last owners of the DD there. He is now in his 70's. He showed me the cabin that is still standing that Amelia stayed in when she was at the DD Ranch. It is one of my favorite sites where I felt the treasure may have been hidden, along with the Encampment, Jelm area.

I can guess that Amelia Earhart was one of Forrest's idols. But I think very little about her or anything else mentioned in this thread relates to a correct solve of the poem . . . which isn't very complicated. But it can be difficult. I believe that "birth" could relate (as in being "born again").
