The bulls and bears (and a couple of other reappearing items) have been discusses in another thread, I think poem #3. Hint They will help you narrow down the search area Hint 2 Think county I haven't been able to figure out the meaning of the bees, butterflies, etc., unfortunately. Hints would be appreciated by now  |

As I'm sure some had discovered, the various insects/animals in the images point to the location where you can find the object when you project its position on the map of the area.
Two things to note:
1. this does seem to make the Bear/Bull/Rose hint obsolete
2. This is what makes puzzle 5 so confounding. The beetle (and bear) points us to A but the image and verse point towards B.
Since this was a major help in solving the puzzles, it is no wonder that those who found this, kept it very close to their vest.
