I've received some messages about the possible location to be near Red Fish Lake (based on the video)..... but is the video a complete red herring?
On the website, it is written:
The location of the treasure is not as apparent as it may seem in the video The video does not give anyone who might familiar with the area an advantage There are only two ways to solve this and they are contained in the map

Error? Clue? If the video is a total false lead or a gives general area, I think he is saying the map is needed. Don't go looking based on the video. Good catch on Red Fish lake. Pun intended.

I think the video confirms the general area and gives the area to look closer at. but yeah can't be found based on video only.
