This one has me totally baffled! I have found a City/Village from the poem but can not place a object, the image is even more confusing for me, why the fish and the door?
I also can't see the hidden object confirming the county.....I think I will have to come back to this one!

The "hidden object confirming the county" is definitely there; look again I'm 100% certain I found the correct village/town, but have absolutely no clue what the object might be... Been through the entire place multiple times now on street view - and spotted a lot of interesting things -, but nothing that could be the code word. Not sure how do deal with the pearl necklace and the fly.

The fish/necklace I think is a ‘Poisson d’Avril”.

The fish/necklace I think is a ‘Poisson d’Avril”. What makes you say that? The necklace seems to spell "auxo", which is latin for growth or increase, or may refer to a goddess of spring/harvest. But not sure how that helps

I thought that the necklace/tag taken together spell “Avril”, meaning that the thing that the tag refers to is not where the required word is to be found.

Ah, ok. Do you know what the object is? And if so, what pointed you in the right direction? I feel like most of the clues point to the general location, not to the specific object.

I believe I know what the object is. The clue to its location is outlined in the picture.

Also, 'Red Herrings' are a bit of a tradition.
