There's outside the box, and there's further outside the box. Sure, the "standard" answer is that Z+ figure, but you can do it with ONE line if you try. The puzzle has no "rules" as such, so I just make my line really thick - - 3 dots thick!
The Morse code dots in the upper right of the topo-map clue translate to an apparent cypher, so that portion is at least a 2-stage clue.

I’ll give you a hint on the Topo map....the Morse code translates in plain English. It is not a cipher or encoded message.
