Has anyone yet managed to identify the lady in the portrait photograph? No amount of Google Image searching has borne fruit yet!

Same. I can't find it anywhere either, it could be literally anyone. It may even be a picture of one of David's relatives!
I keep getting pictures of Judy Garland and the Munsters popping up whenever I search :/ . I wonder if instead it's meant to be some sort of symbolism, along with the rest of the video. I keep trying to identify who the girl is meant to be, but can't get anything that properly links up with what happens in the video.
I am of the opinion that the person in the picture is supposed to symbolise "the girl" in her 'queen' form. Is there an allusion to a fairytale here where an antagonist has three distinct forms... Young Girl, noble Queen, old witch?
Part of me believes that this could be one of the two videos correctly 'solved' by the children David mentions in his 6 questions, especially if there's some sort of link to a children's tale which most of us may have long since forgotten about.

My thought on this is that the whole video is representing some sort of Pagan/Wiccan type ritual - possibly the casting of a spelll? I think the girl/witch might be representing the ‘Triple Goddess’ symbolism, an integral part of those belief systems.

That's a good shout with the "Triple Goddess".
There's definitely a lot of pagan symbolism throughout the video, especially with the moon and the animal symbols on the cards.
I'll have to read up on some of their folklore, the video suggests that she is "banishing" three people to which she was married, possibly with the intent of getting rid of them as she sees them as 'bad' rulers.
The first 'king' intrigues me as he's the only one with positive connotations.
If I'm looking at it from what David has told us, my theory is that the "easy" solve is working out who she is, and that will give us a location for where all this supposedly took place.
The "hard" solve is probably then working out who the first king is, finding out what the numbers mean (like she asked of him) and solving them will also lead us to the location as well.
I have a pretty good idea what to do with the numbers, but finding what they refer to is the tricky part.

Venus, Aphrodite being the Greek equivalent had relationships with Hephaestus, Ares, Poseidon, Hermes, Dionysus, Adonis, and Anchises.. You see the paused flame near the end with the trident and cross?
