YouTube's super compression and "HD" format of 1280 x 720 makes analyzing these four films, once downloaded onto a PC, difficult. In certain places, the audio is undecipherable, no matter how many times I listen to them leaning in, and in other places, the video is so compromised we must guess the number or letter. I've asked the creator, David Freeman if it might be possible for us to download the original uncompressed HD files rather than the YouTube version. Here's what he said: Thankfully, and after requesting it, David did translate the narrative text in Film No. 4 from French to English, but the quality control he used in the making of his original films unfortunately has fallen victim to YouTube brutal compression algorithms, despite any parenthetical assurances to the contrary.

If he's said the quality of the video is good enough to solve it I don't really see your problem. He's compared it to the jfk tapes and looking at pixels etc but said he didn't go to those extremes
