“Such cool stuff,” Spencer says of Episode 6. “But in her basement, her 32-year-old son had all his stuff that she had never thrown away. ”
Those included the Pokémon cards from his 1990s childhood.
“He had gone through and picked out Pokémon cards that he had heard over the years that might have value, but he had left probably over 500 cards,” Spencer says. “And his Pokémon cards — without any of the ‘high roller’ cards — made over $1,000.”
