Treasure Hunt #3

I have been struggling on this one. Anyone have any insights? "Setcc" seems to be an old assembly language. I cannot see how this will matchup up or be used to solve the puzzle.

Also seems to be same # of rows in the typewriter page as to the key pairs.

I think you mean Treasure Hunt #4, "The Desk". You need to make your post in the Private Section. There are aleady posts there in regard to this hunt.
