Hi.
I use Verse 6 for N.Y. not Charleston. Let me present my theory as to why and then my N.Y.theory
My reason is
1)James P Johnson wrote " The Charleston" based on Gullah influence. Several articles support this. He wrote Yamekraw a negro rhapsody feeding on the same gullah influence.
2) 436 on Lions mane is Savannah Weeping Time
3) Lion habitat is Savannah
4) Lion forehead has outline of Savannah
5)Daisy is Juliette Gordon Low
6)Base hung like xmas ornament is Ft. McAllister described by Sherman as sitting in the open like a lion and after it was defeated Savannah defense fled and Savannah was offered to Lincoln by Sherman as an Xmas gift.Eyes were influenced by Indus Valley art. An ancient culture known for first cotton as textile.
7)33 is 1733 Founding of Savannah
8) 79 is Seige of Savannah
9) 80 is major route through Savannah
10) Litany clue Earth-Born Star is Wordsworth The Star and the Glow worm. Glowworm was the earth- born star . Glow worm performed by Johnny
Mercer who wrote Moon River theme song for Breakfast at Tiffany. Tiffany was famous for Diamonds.

I believe Fair Remuneration is Henri Fayol who wrote a paper on admin where he used the term Fair Remuneration. He also wrote a paper on coal spontaneously combusting when exposed to air.
That was a major theory years later as to why the Maine Battleship built in Brooklyn exploded in Havana harbor. Thats why I believe casque is buried at Maine Monument.
1) Image 12 leads me to Maine Monument Columbus Circle at Merchants Gate
a) Courage statue has the same pose as Liberty
b) white chrysanthemum in russia represents loyalty and honor. Honor in russian is pronounced " chest"
c)Plaque in rear has liberty with phrygian cap ( phrygian cap is a symbol of liberty) 10 ft from where I think casque is buried you can see Liberty!
With liberty and justice represented it matches the N.Y. Seal
d)Pacific ocean old man statue right foot matches wavy hair. Liberty will look at spot of casque burial when perfectly matched with toes.I have the foot picture but I don't see option to post pics from phone. I use Adobe Mix to overlay.Hair matches right foot toes perfectly.
So Pacific statue is on Maine monument to represent Spanish American wars first battle. Its the pacific Naval theater of war as it took place in the Philippines.
e)Giant ocean bird flying east from russia (domes= russia) would fly to the Pacific
f) pipeline wave = Pacific
g) color blind patterns represent Justice. She is blind. She is part of a statue grouping in rear of Maine monument
h) lion in sash is a clue to the stone carving family Picarilly Brothers who worked on the Maine monument including its Fortitude statue, N.Y.C. Library lions one named Fortitude and the Lincoln memorial.
i)Rectangle image is stone tablet scribe writes the legal ( bar) binding treaty on.

a) as seen here by eyes of old. Old man Pacific stares right at Merchants Gate.
Later clues connect to Shakespeare so Merchant of Venice.

It illustrates the difficulty of Jews in Venice that matches the Russian Jewish experience.
b) Cool clear song of water is actually a song Cool Water.
I believe the tree in the song is the clue.
The monument used to have a large box elder tree not far from casque burial.
You can still see it on Google earth street view in rear of monument.
c) Stand and listen to the birds I think just points out the seating around the monument.
d)Edwin and Edwina were named after him.
That would be Edwin Booth and his daughter were named after Edwin Forrest.
This is the Shakespeare clue. The Booth family were famous Shakespeare actors who raise money for the Central Park Shakespeare statue in Literary walk. The statue had to be later turned around due to a perceived insult that Shakespeares back was to the Literary walk Columbus statue. They couldnt turn the base as well so Shakespeare statues inscription is on the backside of the statues base. Note that the Columbus statue in Columbus Circle has his back to the Maine Monument.
e) Edwin Forrest was a famous Shakespeare actor who became more famous for starting the New York Astor Opera house riot where many were killed. This happened on Astor and 8th st. On 8th a scene. I believe that the Booth family tie with John Wilkes Booth who killed Lincoln and opera house presented helps answer the white house close at hand.

Ties in with Picarelli building the DC Lincoln memorial.
f) where law defended 2 arms extended is the outstretched arms of the Justice Statue on the Post Bellum statue group.
g)Beside the long palm shadow I believe using clues like arm and hand it hints to this being the left hand of justice that looks long due to missing scales.
h) bar can be the legal perfession.
The Post Bellum group was described as a soldier who fights for jistice, hands his sword to Justice so she can weigh the terms of a treaty to ensure there will be no future hostilities.
The treaty is inscribed on the rectangle tablet. So bellow the legal binding treaty.
So my Litany verification is Ferdinand Magellan who named the Pacific and claimed Philippines for Spain. The reason for the Pacific Ocean Statue on this monument.
He was hired as a nautical navigator to find a faster route to the Spice Islands by Spanish royalty. So he was a royal sunstone.
Portia was a strong woman in Merchant of Venice who desguised herself as a lawyer to outwit the character Shylock who demands a narrow view of Justice.
Earlier she was the prize to an estate test of wits to guess between 3 chest for her hand.
The character Morocco proclaimed before his attempt that he desires one so northerly even Phoebus fire scarce melt the icicle.
I believe she was Frozen Fire.
