What is Fake?

So one of the big reveals, that should have been from Dan's book, was that Cynthia thought the chest was pulled by Fenn because of a family blow-up.  But this story is leaked to Kpro who discusses it on the Cow show right before the book comes out.  Then Shiloh happens to shows up on the show and calls it BS; which seemed completely staged.  Then Cynthia comes out and agrees with Shiloh, apparently throwing Kpro and Dan under the bus.  Now fake pictures of the chest, seriously, what is wrong with people.
