Below are the answers and explanations for our solution to the hunt. We are aware that the big question was the solution to #6. Rather than just give it away, we provided some pretty good hints in order for you to work it out. This is an unofficial solution so it may not contain every little detail, only the details it took for us to figure out the answers. The official solution will be released by the author soon via pdf or video.

Clue 1 Location: COLCHESTER CASTLE
TEXT HINTS:
1) The code was a Caesar shift that yielded LARGEST IN EUROPE NOT IN ENGLAND. (Colchester was the largest keep in Europe built by the Normans)
2) "Old Treasures I keep" is a hint to the Claudius Temple and Fenwick Treasure.
3) "I keep". The location is a keep
IMAGE HINTS:
1) The swords are a hint to the flag of the county of Essex
2) The cricket gear is a hint to the Cricket Grounds of Castle Park
3) The weather vane is found on top of the castle
4) The cannon and egg is a hint to a cannon called Humpty Dumpty
5) The holly is a hint to nearby Hollytree Museum
Clue 2 Location: HATFIELD HOUSE
TEXT HINTS:
1) "In one of the New" is a hint that Hatfield was the ninth New town created under the New Town Act of 1946
2) The colored code is an anagram which equates to PALACE OR PRISON. Hatfield house acted as both.
3) "a childhood space" is a hint to the Palace being a residence to the queen and siblings
IMAGE HINTS:
1) The rainbow is a hint to the Rainbow Portrait of the queen on site
2) The book is a hint to the 10,000 volume library on site
3) The stag, mosquito, comet, and plane are hints to de Havilland Aircraft Company Limited which moved to Hatfield. The mosquito and comet were plane models. Stag Lane was the street.
4) The acorn was a hint to the Queens Oak that was on site.
5) the apple was a hint to the many apple trees on site
Clue 3 Location: OYSTERMOUTH CASTLE
TEXT HINTS:
1) The code is a A=26Z=1 cipher which equates to A DRINK OF SPIRITS.
2) "the mile below" is a hint to Mumbles Mile which is a popular strip of pubs.
3) "the ghostly tail" is a hint to the castle being haunted
4) "distant blaze aglow" is a hint to the fire that occurred on Mumbles Mile
IMAGE HINTS:
1). The swan and sea are a hint to Swansea
2) The open oyster is a hint to Oystermouth
3) The map shows the section of Wales the location resides
4) The ship is a hint to a ship named Oystermouth Castle
Clue 4 Location: KELSO ABBEY
TEXT HINTS:
1) The cipher is an anagram. Take the gold letters to form BY WAY OF THE GREAT. This is a hint to the Great North Road that is close to the abbey.
2) "a place of peace" is a hint to monks and abbey
3) "wreaked by a wooing" is a hint to the Rough Wooing of Henry XIII
4) "Where waters meet" hints to the abbey is at the convergence of two rivers (shown in the image)
5) "one of four" is a hint to Kelso Abbey being one of four abbeys along the Borders Abbey Way
IMAGE HINTS:
1) The monk hints to an abbey
2) The bee is a small Rebus. A bee=abbey
3) The river shows the convergence of two waterways needed to find the abbey (River Tweed)
4) The horse is a hint to the Kelso Racecourse
5) The raven and sword is a hint to Anne Boleyn, who is buried at Tower London (ravens) and married to Henry XIII
Clue 5 Location: The Minack Ampitheatre
TEXT HINTS:
1) "a pointy place" is a hint to Porthcorno, which means "pinnacle cove"
2) "for a hundred sold" is a hint to Rowena Cade buying the land for 100 pounds
3) "carved in stone" is a a hint to the stone ampitheatre
IMAGE HINTS:
1) The 630 on the steps is a hint to the South West Coast Path that is close to the Minack
2) The RC is for Rowena Cade
3) The area of the UK can be seen in the clouds
Clue 6 Hints:
1) In the image, the answers are in plain sight
2) Is there anything in the image you've seen before?
