I only had 100 books printed, and that supply has been slowing disappearing, like Leveret's disappearing act. I have about ten books left and I have a few that are slightly damaged with small blemishes on the cover. We don't plan to do a second printing.

The story and illustrations are great for kids, with real facts about the creatures. (Such as frogs will eat their own skin, and a left-turning shell on a snail is rare!) So maybe you might want to get a book as a gift. But with summer right around the corner, there is no better time to go boots on the ground for treasure! So if you want to get in on this one-of-a kind hunt, grab your book now before they all become invisible!

Those who have been participating have had great things to say about the puzzles, the way the hunt has been organized, the art, the story, and even the packaging of the prizes when the arrive at the winner's doorstep! Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to let us know how much they are enjoying everything. It means a lot to us!

I ordered my book last night but I hadn't seen this note till just now. If you wish, and it hasn't been sent out yet, I can downgrade to a blemished book for the $25 (just send back $10)... I would prefer that, if it's still an option.

My kids and I are hoping we aren't too late to join the hunt - we're all very excited.

I mail the books out the day I receive the order, or the next business day if I receive the order when the Post Office is closed. I mailed your book yesterday afternoon, prior to you posting a message. I'm sorry. The good news is, your book is already on its way!

I predict this hunt will become the stuff of legend in the ACTH community. It is so well-crafted, so intricate, and so much fun, that people will be talking about it years from now. People will speak in hushed tones about the treasure hunt that Cannot Be Topped. Pilgrimages will be made to token sites. Some will ask "Did you do Leveret?" and you will be able to say "Yes! I even won a prize, and I still have my signed copy." "A signed first edition! Those go for thousands on eBay!" and "Don't get the 2028 reprint from Brick Tower Press, you'll need an original edition to see all the details in the art."
