The Leveret epilogue will be released soon! Information about how to find the two final tokens and claim the two final sets of prizes will be hidden in the epilogue.
But for now, know that: 1. There is nothing hidden in the main book related to these prizes now. Don't bother searching for additional hidden information or encoded messages related to these prizes, because you won't find anything! 2. You won't need to know what's on the first 17 tokens to solve the final epilogue puzzles. Feel free to keep solving the first puzzles that you haven't already solved just for the fun of it, but don't feel like you need to keep solving to have an advantage with the epilogue puzzles.

Thank you so much for confirming both of these points! That certainly eliminates any pressure for the moment!

Thank you so much for confirming both of these points! That certainly eliminates any pressure for the moment! 100% agree with this. I can finally get to that stack of dirty dishes which has been piling up, TV shows backlogged on the DVR, restock the pantry, etc. and sleep, glorious sleep.
Also, I think it is great that the entire community can begin again on a level playing field. No more advantages, no more secrets -- until the next release.
This has been quite a ride, but don't unbuckle your seatbelts just yet.

I was wondering, out of the 17 tokens found so far, would it be possible to have a list of states were they are found (not tied to each token, just a basic list of 17 states), given that we know the remaining two from the epilogue will be in new states?

Sure. The first 17 tokens were hidden in: CA(x2), CO, CT, NC, NJ, NY, MA, MD, ME, KY, OH, PA, UT, WV, VA, VT.

Is there any kind of eta for the epilogue? No rush but I just want to make sure I check in on the release date. From an email mailed to participants on Friday, July 15th: "Epilogue: . On July 22, we will release a short epilogue to the story. This will be sent to each participant via email in pdf form. However, you will also need your book to solve the puzzles. It is free for participants to also participate in the epilogue. . The epilogue will also contain hidden information about how to find two final tokens and claim two final sets of prizes. . The epilogue puzzles are totally independent of the first 17 puzzles and the first 17 tokens. If you didn't solve anything in the main portion of the hunt, you can still solve an epilogue puzzle, go BOTG (or find a friend to go BOTG) to find an epilogue token, and win a set of prizes. . The epilogue tokens are in two new states where none of the previous tokens were hidden."

Was the epilogue designed by both Beth and Bill together?

Was the epilogue designed by both Beth and Bill together? Story and illustrations by Beth, as with the book. Puzzles by Beth and Bill, though Beth had more of a lead role with the Epilogue puzzles compared to those in the book.

These 2 bonus puzzles are not meant to follow the structure of the previous puzzles. The hardest part will probably be finding someone to go botg.
